Here are my top 10 albums that shaped my 2019. This year was one of the most mentally and emotionally trying years I’ve had in a long time. Next to Jesus, music was a saving grace. This year we got quite a few great albums and I really fell in love with these ten. These albums were anything from entertaining moments of peace to a true reflection of my reality.
The closing year of the decade had a lot to offer musically. I found new artists I know I’ll sit with going through the next decade. Some of my favorites gave us new jams and for that, I’m very grateful. That being said who would I be if I didn’t share the music I loved most this year? I’ve split these lists into two, and this is the first, my top 9 extended plays and songs that shaped 2019 and the next will be my top 10 albums that shaped 2019 (that gem is coming out on Monday). These EPs and songs reminded me to live, that I was loved, and that we are all just trying to make it, so let’s get into this year’s picks.
This month flew by…How is it the end of November? This month was full of all the things, my event, Top 5 Night, Thanksgiving, a crazy work schedule, even a head cold that tried to take me out, but I’m still here and ready to give you these jams so let’s get into it!
